Interpretation and Definitions
The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

Your Order Cancellation Rights
You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 24 hrs of receiving.
The deadline for canceling an Order is 7 days from the date on which You received the Goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.

We will reimburse You no later than 30 days from the day on which We receive the returned Goods. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
Conditions For Returns
In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
· The Goods were purchased in the last 7 days
· The Goods are in the original packaging
The following Goods cannot be returned:
· The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.
· The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
· The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
· The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
Only regular priced Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, Goods on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to You if it is not permitted by applicable law.

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
To be eligible for Return, your products must be unused and must be in the same condition as you received it, with the original packaging, tags and bill.
We will NOT accept return/exchange for below reasons

There might be slight variations in the color tone of the actual product with respect to the images on the website as these are digital photography and depend on the monitor settings of each device.
Semi-precious jewelry [Pure silver, Gold plated silver] are made by hand and may have slight irregularities in designs that are a natural outcome of the human involvement in the process. This will not be considered a defect for exchange/refund.
If the jewelry’s quality, physical look & feel doesn’t suit your liking.
If the jewel is too heavy to wear or looks big.
If the size of the jewel is not what you expected.
If the product is shipped on sale price.
Earring stems are bent purposefully on some cases – to avoid breakage which is not considered as a Transit Damage.

Returns will not be accepted under the following conditions:
Return & Refunds we have a "no questions asked return policy" which entitles all our Delivery Ambassadors to return the product at the time of delivery if due to any reason they are not satisfied with the quality or freshness of the product. We will take the returned product back with us and issue a credit note for the value of the return products which will be credited to your account on the Site. This can be used to pay your subsequent shopping bills. Refund will be processed through same online mode within 7 working days.
How will I get my refund?
Refund will be credited to the same source of payment from which payment was received, after deducting the cost of return (where applicable), once returned is received.
If you desire to return a product, then you shall be entitled to receive only the amount actually paid by you for the purchase of the product.
In the event any product is returned, then any offer, promotion, discount applied to such product shall be forfeited.
If you have made the payment through your bank account, the refund will be credited to the same bank account from which payment was received after deducting the cost of return (where applicable), once the return is received.
If you have made the payment as cash on delivery, you will be asked to provide us with your bank account details and the refund amount will be credited to the bank account details provided by you. Nature and Crafts shall not be liable to you in case incorrect bank account details have been provided by you.
In case of any discrepancies regarding receipt of refund amount, Nature and Crafts may request for additional information such as bank statement or any other relevant document.
If the order or the item(s) that you want to cancel have not been shipped yet, you can write to our customer support team on firstname.lastname@example.org.
In such cases, the order will be cancelled, and the money will be refunded to you after the cancellation request is duly processed by us.
As our customers are valuable to us! We always try to deliver your Products on time. We generally take Minimum of 7 Days and Maximum of 20 days to deliver the Ordered Products. If the order or the item(s) that you ordered, not reached to you within 25 days after confirmation of order, then the order will be automatically get Cancelled, and the money will be refunded to you after the cancellation request is duly processed by us.
When will I get my refund?
Following are the processing timelines after the product is received by us or when the seller notifies us of the receipt of the products.

Once your request is received, we will be responsible to pick the item from you. We will initiate the refund or replacement process only if the products are received by us in their original packaging with their seals, labels and bar-codes intact.
For International Order:
If a return is accepted, Nature and Crafts will replace or refund the invoiced rupee value for, the damaged / defective / expired / wrong product. In either case, the additional customs amount paid by the customer to receive the product will be reimbursed to the customer in the form of a refund coupon, that can be applied to the customer’s next order with Nature and Crafts, subject to the customer providing a copy of the customs receipt.
Please note that all the customer claims and requests for return/refund shall be subject to Nature and Crafts’s satisfaction.
Nature and Crafts reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to amend, change, modify, add or remove any portion of this policy at any time without any prior written notice to you. It is your responsibility to review this policy periodically for any updates/ changes.
